Is MANSORY Residences an off-plan property development in Dubai?
Yes. MANSORY Residences is an off-plan development in Dubai, currently under construction, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028. Buying off-plan allows buyers to secure a residence at launch pricing and pay in structured instalments across the construction period.

What is the starting price and payment plan?
Prices at MANSORY Residences start from AED 2.1 million. One- and two-bedroom residences are offered on a 50/50 payment plan and three- and four-bedroom residences on a 40/60 payment plan, each with a choice of a 10% or 20% down payment. The balance is paid in instalments up to 24 months from reservation, with the remaining 50% or 60% due on handover. The 4% DLD fee and admin charges are paid separately. All buyer payments are made into a RERA-regulated escrow account in line with Dubai Land Department requirements.

The Perfect 5 is an exclusive ownership programme by AMAAL for buyers at MANSORY Residences, combining five benefits: a 100% service charge waiver for the first three years from handover; a 5% completion rebate; a MANSORY Signature Furniture Package valued up to AED 150,000, tiered by residence type; five years of complimentary preventative maintenance; and five years of professional property management at no additional cost. Can foreign nationals buy a property at MANSORY Residences?
Yes. MANSORY Residences sits within a designated freehold area, so buyers of any nationality can purchase full ownership in their own name or through a company. Purchases at or above AED 2 million may also qualify the buyer to apply for the UAE 10-year Golden Visa, subject to current government criteria.
